Support is provided through a flexible Credits system, where each Credit equals 1 hour of work.
Credits allow:

Priority Levels
High Priority
Critical issues affecting website availability or core functionality (offline site, email failure, payment issues).
Medium Priority
Functional issues such as forms, DNS configuration, hosting problems, backups.
Low Priority
Content updates, minor changes, UI adjustments.
